About Carol

As a professional certified coach, speaker, and author, I specialize in developing the strengths of both businesses and individuals.

In my private practice, I offer strengths-based leadership development through one-on-one sessions. My Clear Choices Process of Awareness, Action, and Accountability has proven successful for many clients who seek an integrated approach to using their strengths to create greater success and satisfaction at work and in life.

I co-founded the Wholistic Coaching Coalition, a group of local coaches who collaborated to create retreats and events to support women’s personal and professional development over more than 11 years. Our mission was to provide fun, supportive, and enriching experiences for the Wholistic Woman Community, focusing on the development of the whole woman—heart, mind, body, and spirit.

In March 2014, I published my book, Lost and Found, Discovering Strength in Love and Faith. Through storytelling and reflection questions, this book guides readers to further develop their inner strength. Such strength and wisdom is an important component of resiliency to successfully face life’s adversities. Sharing my story of personal growth as a springboard, I then invite readers to explore their own lessons of love and faith through chapter reflection questions. I have led retreats, workshops, and book groups based on Lost and Found for individuals and organizations interested in exploring these principles further.

Some of my greatest joys are traveling the world with my beloved husband Greg, watching our adult children grow into the incredible people they are, and continuing to consciously develop my own life and purpose.
