About Carol

Carol deLaski, PCC,  is a professional certified coach, speaker, and author whose expertise is developing the strengths of businesses and individuals.

In her private practice, Clear Choices Coaching, Carol provides strengths-based leadership training through workshops, group coaching, and 1-1 sessions. Her Clear Choices Process of Awareness, Action, and Accountability have proven successful for many clients who seek an integrated approach to developing and using their strengths to create greater success and satisfaction at work and in life overall.

In 2010, Carol co-founded the Wholistic Coaching Coalition in Frederick, MD; a group of area coaches who collaborate to offer retreats and events that encourage and guide women-on-the-grow. Their mission is to provide fun, supportive, and enriching experiences for the Wholistic Woman Community which focuses on development of the whole woman; heart, mind, body, and spirit.

Her book, Lost and Found, Discovering Strength in Love and Faith was published in March 2014. Through storytelling and reflection questions Carol expertly guides readers to develop inner strength and wisdom, equipping them to be more resilient in the face of adversity. While sharing her own developmental journey, Carol respectfully meets her readers and clients where they are… inviting them to explore lessons of love and faith in their own way. She offers retreats, workshops, and book groups based on Lost and Found for individuals and organizations who want to explore the principles further.

One of Carol’s most treasured joys is seeing her young adult sons become the incredible men they are while consciously developing her own life and purpose.
